A dental restoration does not end with fabrication. It still needs to arrive safely, fit properly, and meet the requirements of the clinical case.
At HYC Dental Lab, we check each restoration before it leaves our laboratory and take care with how it is packaged for delivery. If a problem is found after delivery, our team will review the case with the dentist or dental technician and discuss the most appropriate solution.
Our after-sales service covers product inspection, fitting issues, adjustments, rework and technical questions related to the restoration.
Product Quality Inspection
Every dental restoration is checked before shipment.
Depending on the type of restoration, the inspection includes items such as occlusion, morphology, shade, marginal adaptation and overall condition. We also check for visible defects or damage before the restoration is packed.
After inspection, the restoration is placed in an individual transparent dental box. This helps protect crowns, bridges, implant restorations and other dental prostheses during transportation.
We know that a restoration may travel a long way before it reaches the dental clinic or laboratory. For this reason, proper packaging is treated as part of our quality control process, rather than simply the last step before shipping.

What to Do After Receiving Your Order
We recommend checking the shipment when it arrives.
Please make sure that:
· The dental box and outer packaging are intact
· The restoration has no visible damage
· The shade and appearance are correct
· The restoration type and case information are correct
· The quantity matches the order
If a restoration is damaged during transportation, please keep the original product and packaging. Photos of the restoration, dental box, and outer package can help us understand what happened and review the issue more quickly.
Please get in touch with our team as soon as possible after finding the problem.
Fitting and Rework
Not every fitting issue has the same cause. In some cases, a restoration may only need a small occlusal adjustment. In other cases, there may be concerns about marginal adaptation, morphology, or shade.
If you encounter a problem during clinical fitting, please send us the case information and, when possible, clear photos of the restoration and the clinical situation.
Our technical team will review the information and discuss the case with the dentist or dental technician. Depending on the situation, we may recommend an adjustment, modification, or return of the restoration to our laboratory for rework.
For rework cases, we will confirm the problem and the required changes before starting the work.
This helps avoid unnecessary adjustments and gives our technicians a clearer understanding of the clinical requirements.
Technical Questions
Dental restorations can sometimes raise technical questions after delivery. Our team can assist with questions related to restoration fitting, grinding, finishing, occlusion, and other case-specific issues.
For B2B customers, we can also communicate directly with the dental technician or dentist handling the case. Clear communication among the clinic, the laboratory, and our technical team often helps resolve cases more efficiently.

Handling and Maintenance of Dental Prostheses
Dental prostheses should be handled carefully before clinical placement.
When a restoration is not being fitted, keep it in the original dental box or another suitable protective container. Avoid dropping the restoration, applying pressure to it, or placing heavy objects on top of it.
Dental crowns, bridges, and other fixed restorations should be fitted and bonded by a qualified dental professional. Patients should not attempt to install or bond a restoration themselves.
After placement, normal oral hygiene and regular dental examinations remain important. Proper care can help maintain the restoration and the surrounding oral tissues over time.
Damage caused by accidental dropping, impact, or improper handling is different from a manufacturing or quality issue. Such cases are generally not covered by free quality-related after-sales service. If repair or rework is possible, we can discuss the available options with the customer.
Contact Us About an After-Sales Issue
If you have a question about a delivered restoration, please get in touch with our team through Business WhatsApp, phone, or email.
For a case-related issue, it is helpful to include the order or case number, a short description of the problem, and clear photos. If the issue concerns clinical fitting, photos and feedback from the dentist or dental technician can also help us assess the case.
Once we receive the information, our team will review the case and communicate with you about the next step.
At HYC Dental Lab, we see after-sales service as part of the production process. Our work does not stop when the restoration leaves the laboratory. When a case needs clarification, adjustment, or rework after delivery, we stay in contact with the customer until the next step is clear.
Quality control continues after the restoration leaves the laboratory.
Each restoration is inspected before shipment. Depending on the product, the inspection may include occlusion, morphology, shade, marginal adaptation, surface condition, and overall integrity.
Applicable restorations are individually placed in transparent protective dental boxes. This helps reduce the risk of damage from collision or compression during transportation.
Please keep the restoration and its original packaging and take clear photos of the damage. Send the photos and order or case information to our team so we can review the situation.
